I started with a simple house on the tropical but i wanted more grass so i moved over to the temperate, The only down side is when there is bad weather the water can be cold but this does not bother me. The best place to settle down is what ever you like depending on the island shape and biome type/looks, does it have traders? (you can also craft your own trader but they have different inventory)īut be aware each biome has his own difficulty (When pressing M and go to world tab and hover mouse on biomes it will show you a list with info on left side) And sure weather conditions are a thing, tropical is easy and no to hot or to cold temperature, but this is different in the Arid or Polar biome. Resources like iron will stay away after farming them so that should not be the reason to settle down, new iron will only be there if you leave the map and then delete the map and make a new one (maps are randomly generated) Environmentally conscious users will appreciate the fact that iOS 17 added a new tool it’s called 'Grid Forecast' to the Home app that lets users know when. Most players have a mobile base ship with all the needs for long exploration, but this is also handy when you dont want to settle on a random island yet and just want to sail and seak for the perfect island that can take a wile and you dont want to be sorry for chosing a island and find a beter one later on.
